HydroEvent provides tools for the digital management of events in the fields of water management, environmental engineering, and public infrastructure. This includes participant management, the creation of safety concepts, operational planning, and the documentation of approval processes. The platform does not replace official inspections but supports preparation and record-keeping.
As a user, you are responsible for the accuracy of the data entered. Technical information regarding facilities, hazards, or rescue routes must be reviewed before publication. The platform may only be used for lawful purposes. In particular, entries that misrepresent safety measures or anticipate official decisions are prohibited.
We strive to ensure high availability of the platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance work may cause short-term outages. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law. The respective creator is solely responsible for the technical suitability of the safety concepts they create.
All documents and protocols recorded via the platform are stored encrypted. They remain the property of the respective client. Upon completion of a project, you can export the complete data sets. Please note that statutory archiving requirements are your responsibility, and the platform does not assume any liability in this regard.
You may terminate your use of the platform at any time by providing written notice of cancellation of your account. We reserve the right to block accounts if these terms are violated or if there is suspicion of misuse. Documents already created can no longer be edited after blocking; an export will be provided upon request.
We will adjust these terms if legal requirements or the scope of functions of the platform change. We will notify you of significant changes by email to the address on file.
