The data is used exclusively for providing and improving the event management functions: managing approval processes, participant management, creating safety concepts, digital operational planning, and communication with authorities and project stakeholders. The platform uses only technically necessary cookies that are required for login and the display of project dashboards. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics tools, or advertising cookies. Project data and approval documents are archived after the respective procedure is completed for the duration of the statutory retention periods. Account data is deleted as soon as the user account is inactive and no legal obligations prevent deletion. Log data is automatically anonymized after no more than 30 days.
You have the right to obtain information about the data stored concerning your person, to have incorrect data corrected, to have data deleted, and to restrict processing.
